Living a disciplined life is sometimes easier said than done but that doesn’t make it unachievable. We are more than capable of righting our wrongs and taking action in continuing to move toward the healthy goals we set for ourselves. Starting new routines might prove difficult at first but once we get some things out of the way we will realize how easy it is to take action and be disciplined. These things hinder a lot of people from living the life that they picture, forgetting that action is what turns our mind’s picture into reality.
We all love our comfort zone, but sometimes it will be great to just step out of it. To take action and achieve what we need to, we have to do things we are not used to. Comfort is an enemy, that will keep us in one position for a long time if we don’t shut it down. We have to know when to be comfortable and when to stretch ourselves to achieve better.
A lot has been said about procrastination and how it can stop us from achieving our dreams, but for us on this journey, it holds even more weight. Procrastination can stop us from becoming completely free from ourselves, it’s a chain that will hold us back.
I can’t, I shouldn’t, it won’t work, I’m not strong enough? On this journey, we have to believe that we can do it, everything is possible! There’s no room for pessimism in the discipline. We have to stay positive at all times trusting ourselves to pull through, that’s how we win.
Don’t let anything hold you back from doing the things you need to do, from building a pattern that you will be extremely proud of. You can do it, but first of all, we need to get rid of these enemies.
